The customer service team offered me an amazing solution ,I could either return the pants or keep them, and they would send me the correct size completely free of charge. Everything was handled very quickly, and I was honestly impressed. I’ve ordered from many places before, but I’ve never experienced such great service. It was truly appreciated. I received the pants in my correct size, and they are beautiful and fit me perfectly. Overall, I’m very grateful for the fast communication and quick response. I love Omirad. Up to date styles with a bit of an edge. I was surprised at how good the quality was for the price paid. I ordered the wide leg plaid pants, they are super stylish, I always get asked where they are from. Really good customer service, I had to contact about an order for my daughter and they arranged an exchange without any question.

The animal print wide legged pants are fab! Legs just as wide in the photo. Was disappointed that they aren’t as long as shown. I ordered the largest size with the longest length and they’re shorter than in the photo—and I’m only 5’9”. You must cater to short people…

At first, there was a small issue with the delivery and the package was slightly delayed in arriving at my home. However, thanks to their excellent customer service, everything was handled quickly and professionally and the package arrived safely at its destination (Italy). Omirad Vintage Arc-Pocket Balloon Pants
The pants fit great however, the length was shorter than expected. The pants measurements listed on the site are based on a waist to bottom leg measurement but expected based on my research that the length would hit about 32-33 inches. Additionally, most reviews with photos showed a much longer length, which is what I was looking for. For reference I am 5’6 and the pants stopped slightly above my ankle vs. being full length to the floor. However, because they were still very cute on and extremely comfortable I kept them and have received a lot of compliments.

Ordered a pair of pinstripe wide-leg trousers as a birthday gift for my friend and had a small issue with a ripped tag. Customer service was super quick, kind, and organised a free replacement straight away. The trousers fit them really well, looked great, and sturdy; my friend loved them. Would definitely recommend - great customer service and easy replacements if needed.

I absolutely loved the Omirad gradient washed wide legged sweat pants. The quality was amazing and they fit and hand perfectly. Robust material and also can be worn wide or woth a drawstring at the ankle. I bought the blue and Orange and I’ve had so many compliments. Theyre so comfy to wear and are now my fav go to joggers. I bought in size Small and I’m 5ft 7 58kg and they’re a great fit in length and on the waist. Also worth mentioning their customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with delivery (delivery company at fault not Omirad) and they dealt with it quickly and professionally and immediately sent iIt replacement items thats arrived within the timeframe indicated. Extremely friendly and reassuring customer service team.

This is such a great company
This is such a great company. I ordered something and it was too big and instead of putting me through the work of shopping it back and all that nonsense they said give it to a friend or something we will just send you the size down too no worries. I’ve had companies like CHICLARA try to get me to send something back to China. These guys helped me in a day and the pants are amazing. Just the way they helped me so simply without and fuss made me so happy with my purchase and I seriously love the pants I can’t wait to get something else from these guys. For real humans at this brand and not robot people obsessed with dollars
