The customer service agent was super fast with her response and super helpful. I honestly was pleasantly surprised by the speed and helpfulness of the agent (Seraphine?).
Ordered wrong sizes
My daughter put items on my cart but did not pick the correct sizes. I paid and didn’t pay attention to the sizes. When I reviewed the order I realized the sizes were wrong. I contacted Aelfric Eden via e-mail and they immediately responded that the sizes would be changed as I had requested. They were prompt and attentive.

Costumer service was very good, I had to exchange one of my items because it was too big and they handled it so well. They replied fast, explained the process and gave me multiple options to choose from, making the whole process easy with no issues at all.

Would have been better if anything was size proportional (I bought everything correct size but it ran small and was loose in random spots) and I didn’t have to pay half the price of my purchase to return it!! Otherwise clothes are supa cute
