I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service via email to see if the size could be changed. They responded within a few hours to let me know it was forwarded to the appropriate section and I would be contacted when it was fixed. The next day, I was emailed that the size was changed and my order was in the process of being shipped. The prompt response was amazing!

Wrong size
I ordered sweatpants and they ended up being too little for my daughter so we asked to return and exchange them. They offered me multiple ways to try and make it easy for me. I chose to keep them and pay half the price for a new pair. It was cheaper than sending them back. I knew if they didnt work i would have to pay for shipping so this was a nice unexpected option.
They were very quick to respond to all of my emails.

Do not order from this company if you expect to receive your package. The shippers they use do not have anything close to decent tracking or proof of deliveries that actually show "proof". If you don't have a missing or stolen package don't expect help. They will simply tell you "go report it to the postmaster."
I have literally never had a company be so unhelpful for a missing package.

Super fast delivery to Switzerland (1week and a half). The quality is super duper good. Hopefully I saw on some comments that the waist was a bit small so I ordered one size up and it's perfect (slightly too long but I don't mind).
