I can’t hold of Omorc to request a replacement Guide Comb when it snapped on second use. The user manual has no contact details on it and searching online, the website flags an unsafe warning and then I get an error code so can’t access the website. Very disappointing. Makes me only ever want to buy in the UK now.
Wow! Embarrassing
Wow!! I purchased a omorco power station June 9,2021 extra power. I got a omorco portable power station 300w. I was embarrassed by friends when the A/C did not work. Please help me. With a new one.
WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
I bought a OMORC car seat cover for my dog. I ordered it through Amazon. It cost just over £20. It ripped after the first use. DO NOT BUY. Now I have to 2 waste time to return and wait for a refund.

Received 2 requests to review this product. Still haven't received the product. So, no stars for you. I've sent 4 emails over the past week, no responses yet. It has been 11 business days since my order was placed online. I will be contacting the Fraud Unit of my credit card company to cancel my transaction on day 15. Thanks :)

Bad customer service
Not sure how long this company has been around but the customer service is not great also I still haven’t received my airfryer it’s been a week now and no shipping date as of yet they take FOREVER to respond to your email not sure why all the good reviews but my experience hasn’t been that great. I can’t soeak ofn the performance of the airfryer because I have yet to receive it.
Food taste is amazing....
Food taste is amazing, healthy and oilless. I like this air frier. It's just like a oven. and more convenient than oven！ Super easy to set up and use. I have used it at least 15 times for cooking french fries, shrimp, turkey, steaks, and fish. Super delicious and never worry about gaining weight. And non-sticky and easy to clean after each use. Definitely recommend this product. Great.
No communication at all when contacted
No communication at all when contacted. Can’t even cancel my order. It’s been 14 days since I ordered and still received nothing. Had to file a claim to get my money back
