Scam company, makes you think it’s shipping from Australia meanwhile from china. Says 2-5 days for a tracking number , mine took much longer. Shipping times are wrong. They are a scam and want you to think they are legit.

Takes ages and ships from China Don't be fooled by the local website addresses like ".com.au" for Australia or ".co.uk" for the UK or ".com" for the US, the items are shipped from China. It took 1.5 weeks for the item to just arrive in Australia, and then it takes the normal amount of time for Australia Post to delivery it - so arrived at my place 3 weeks after placing the order. Not really appropriate for an online store that leads you to believe it is located in your country.
My first orders were great, however
My first orders were great. Delivered on time, these products are exactly want I wanted. However, their order tracking is slow. Their emails say 3-5 business days to "make" and one day to "pack" before dispatching from China. I'm now on 7 business days and I'm still only indicating "ordered" on the website. Maybe they are more successful now and getting more orders, I dont know. But please give realistic information.

They have a great range of cycling wear. I was impressed by the fast delivery and friendly ordering service.
Not suitable for road bike rides
I purchased a Germany long sleeve cycling jersey. The material and the quality of processing are ok, but the cut of the sleeves unfortunately is not suitable for road bike rides. The sleeves are way to wide cutted so they are more like break parachutes. If the sleeves would have a more compression like cut, the jersey would be nice to wear. Also the short sleeve jersey, I also purchased. Same thing, sleves are to wide. OS Cycling promised a solution, I am still waiting...
Scam company
Specifically emailed them about the sizing (is it US or UK) and to confirm about sizing charts as there were two completely different sizing charts offered for one item I wanted to buy. Had to email 3 times, and took a week to respond to me and ignored my question completely. Did my best and ordered up to accommodate small sizing just in case. Took forever to actually ship, and once the item arrived it was way too small. Want a full refund but dont know how well that will go based on other reviews...

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Online Cycling Gear, and I must say, my experience was mostly positive. Their selection of cycling apparel is extensive and includes a variety of retro and original designs. I was particularly impressed with the customizations they offer, which added a personal touch to my gear.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I ordered biking shorts that ended up being very tight and uncomfortable, so I requested a refund. They took a week to respond to my request saying that they could only offer an 80% refund. I was annoyed but agreed, still requesting a refund. I had to send several emails and they kept asking if I really wanted a refund and what was wrong. I am STILL WAITING for a way to ship back my shorts and get a bit of my money back. Definitely DO NOT recommend buying online with no idea of how sizing will work and this company that makes it very hard to return anything. Poor customer service.
OCG thanks for well fit retro jersey customization
Hi OCG just would like to say thanks for the customization, well fit and finishing touch of the retro jerseys I received recently in a timely manner. I use them during both cycling and marathon running training work outs. Provided OCG some pics for reference. It feels nostalgic and good to be back a little bit in the successful Dutch cycling period of 1980s and 1990s🤗 Especially thanks for the SEM France Loire finishing touch closer to the original that Joaquim Agostinho was wearing in The day-after-the-Tour cycling competition in Boxmeer, the Netherlands 1980.
No Thank You
This has been the slowest company to work with. Their "running" shirts are more like cycling shirts - don't call them running if they're a tight fit like cycling. The men's XL wouldn't fit a normal M person. Tried to return or exchange, and they tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee, although their return policy never stated that. Then they "offered" to send a different size and not have me send back the one that didn't fit ("you can donate it, etc."), but wanted to also charge me a percentage PLUS shipping! Now this $40 shirt is costing me about $70. Their response time is awful - not responding to my emails for a week at a time. My orginal order was on 5/1/24 and it is now 6/28/24 and my order is not resolved. I'll never order from them again.

My order ist lost in spain. The Provider confirmed the lost. So i have to contact the Sender for a new deliver or refund the purchase price. The last to weeks i get no Informations to resolve this Problem from OUAR side.
3 weeks 5 days for delivery of perfect jersey
Ordered 23rd May 2024. Received 18th June 2024 in Queensland, Australia = 3 weeks and 5 days. Cycling jersey perfect as usual, but that wait had me worried.

Do not buy!! Ordered June 10th. Said it’ll take approximately 3-5 business days to make which is fine but right now it’s June 18th. Order still not shipped with no reply on their contact form whatsoever. Just do not buy.
Avoid
Avoid! Refund promise is a sham!!!! The size was wrong - they say they offer a 60 refund or exchange but when I entered my order details on their refund page it says 'order not found'. I have emailed and messages several times and they just don't respond.

Don't order from this company, it's rubbish, customer service is appalling. Sizes are way off. A 4XL is about a L/XL in normal sizing.

DV Red Circle Half Finger padded cycling gloves
I bought the DV Red Circle Half Finger Gel Padded Cycling Gloves because I thought they looked nice. I prefer gloves without Velcro. They are a good fit, I normally buy Large and I’d say these are a standard large size. However, they are a little tight to put on and take off. Overall very happy with the quality and price though.
