Challenging Yet Informative Course
The basic structure of the course being broken into reading and learning information about related topics and subtopics was well done for the most part followed by five question tests was consistent. I appreciated the focus upon explaining the rationale for laws and with specific data as well as with examples of the kinds of driving experiences to which each lessons related was often thought provoking; However, in some cases the number of subdivisions within a lesson were extremely long. Those with as many as 23 subdivisions prior to rating the student's learning posed challenges in maintaining enough new information prior to a 5 question quiz where only one question could be missed to score the required 70% passing score. I did like the fact that the content was California specific. Though much of it was sounding a bit dated. I was a bit concerned about references with Latin legal terms such as "prima facie" without a clarifying definition or explanation of what the term meant. I wondered if you used the expertise of persons who helped you adjust the language to meet the reading skills of various student's reading and English levels. I did appreciate that the cost was quite reasonable. I did find the course to well worth the cost for people with time and access to an online course.

I have not heard from court if they received class completion. How do I get a hold of them? I get transferred from one phone message to another.

unclear instuctions
When I went to register, the approval process took too long, and they wouldn't tell me exactly what was wrong with the citation photos I took, just that they were blurry. Had the registration process not taken all day, I would've completed the course on time.

Because we could not process the document, we emailed you on the 25th to let you know that we needed a clearer copy. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response until the 29th. No Sweat Traffic School…
I have not done traffic school for a while. Though I did not really want to get a ticket, I was glad to be enrolled in Online Traffic Education because it kept me updated with the latest information. Everything was setup easily and I was able to finish the course without a problem.

Chapters had too much information which don't pertain to the test we are taking, unless you want to be a police officer. A lot of duplication of information.
