The tutorials and instructions for…
The tutorials and instructions for formatting the book were clear and easy to follow. The printed books are good quality. I am very satisfied with the product. The reason why this is a four star review is because we were told that the books would ship on a specific day, we received an e-mail stating that it was shipped that day, but in reality they had only printed the shipping label. The shipment was not scanned in at UPS until more than 24 hours later. We had paid for expedited shipping and due to the delay in getting it to UPS (and UPS not delivering it in the expected number of days), we did not receive our books in time for the event for which they were intended.

Many thanks to the OnPress for exceptional service dashboard which facilitated seamless interaction between author and publisher and resulted in a beautiful, elegant hardcover book, with speedy delivery as I received the books yesterday.

I wrote a simple memoir for my family. I had no experience with writing or publishing, but OnPress made it possible for me to put my memoir into a professional-looking book at a low cost. Other publishing websites were much more expensive and I couldn’t figure out how to get started with them. The finished product is exactly what I hoped for and I couldn’t be more pleased.
I brought forward files from another printing job. It took a few attempts for me to get the cover file right, but thanks to the guidance of the OnPress support staff, I was able to get it right, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Memoir for Family
A friend passed away, and we wanted to turn her self-published paperback memoir into five high-quality hardcover editions as memorial gifts for her family. The team at OnPress answered our many questions and worked closely with us throughout the process to make sure the finished books looked their best.
The quality of the books is excellent, and I'd easily give them five stars for both craftsmanship and customer service.
The only reason I'm leaving four stars instead of five is that two pages were inadvertently omitted from the final books. The original paperback included two of her paintings printed on the inside front and back covers. Early in the process, I was told these images could not be printed on the inside covers but could instead be made into their own pages. Unfortunately, those pages were inadvertently omitted from the final books.
To be fair, I share some responsibility because I didn't catch the omission when reviewing the digital proof before approving it for print. Even so, I think it's something worth double-checking on both sides to help prevent similar oversights in the future.
Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and the beautiful hardcover books they produced, and I wouldn't hesitate to work with OnPress again.

The quality of the printing is phenomenal. This was my first time printing a book and I didn’t know or do half the things I needed to do. What I appreciate most about Onpress is they kept working with me to ensure my book was right. I like that I can purchase as many or as few books as you like. I loved the advanced readers copy of my book they I got printed and the prices beat two other companies I considered.
I appreciated being able to pick up the phone and engage with knowledgeable staff around my book and related questions. Everyone was very professional and super nice!

The quality. The price - but most important of all are the OnPress people. All are fantastic!
The product was exactly as described and arrived on time. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the delivery was fast and well organized. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.
I love that OnPress supplies you with the templates needed to create your own book! This gave me the freedom to place photos in the order they happened. I chose the 100lb Matte Paper Stock. The thickness is great, since it's a wedding album and will be looked through a lot. I was a little disappointed in the color of the photos—they were a little darker than I expected and saw on screen (I think it's because I chose the matte paper).
But overall, OnPress did a great job and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Hello, thanks for your feedback. We apologize for any frustrations you encountered in getting your order printed. Our graphics team had to fail your artwork back to you multiple times, as the cover file you supplied to us was not sized correctly. We do offer a cover templating service as an add-on, but in no way are we forcing you to use it. Once you were able to resolve the sizing issues, we were able to print your books and they were shipped out the door two days later.
