Uploading my text files and book cover files was easy. Support was available when I had a question.
TERRIBLE PRINT QUALITY + CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO PULL YOUR HAIR OUT
ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY WITH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HONESTLY WISH I COULD TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Sent a book to print for my Nana's memoir. They held the book because bleed wasnt included. The designer re-uploaded a file WITH a bleed and wrote to them she had done so. They could have called or emailed saying there was an issue with the file, but no... they went to print and didnt care about the product they were deliver. Took the money and ran. Books arrived with the edges cut off. All 25 copies of them. They dont give a shit about your project or delivering quality. I've been in a non stop back and forth with the customer service who is unwilling to admit fault or give a discount. I will admit, its my fault for not brining it to their attention within the window of when I could have disputed on Visa. Regardless, you'd think they'd offer a credit. NEVER AGAIN - TERRIBLE PRINT QUALITY + CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO PULL YOUR HAIR OUT

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience. We absolutely care about our customers and the books that we are manufacturing. Our entire team takes great pride in our product. As our customer service team has already been discussing with you via email, no file that you ever uploaded through our website included bleed on the interior pages. We have emailed you multiple screenshots showing the files you uploaded to us. Our graphics team flagged this issue to you (and also offered to fix the bleed themselves, for an additional service). You chose the LEAVE AS IS option on our website, meaning that we should use that file as it was supplied. You also then viewed and approved proofs on our website that showed the artwork stopping at the trim line (no bleed). Our graphics team would not continue to go back and forth to question the lack of bleed, since you told us to use the file as is. We have already offered to assist you in placing a discounted order with a corrected file, which you have declined.

Book photos were darker than the file I supplied. I have had much better results at Mixam. I am sorry I wasted my money here.

The communication with the production team was great. I had a few difficulties with navigating the website for the layout templates and uploading, so I appreciate their patience.
A++ Service
First I was happy that they reviewed my order and communicated edits I could make before final print. The finished product was exactly, if not better, than what I expected. I will definitely have them on my list for print and I enjoyed the entire process.

I just received a book I wrote about my father's experiences in the US Marine Corps in World War II. Staff made this a simple process, but when I received my books today I almost broke down seeing the final product.
