This was my first run at printing a proof copy of a book. The various teams of staff at OnPress were ALL EXCELLENT. The first team helped me get the book ready to submit for printing. The number of details were surprising. But they showed me why and how they were important, then gracefully sent me information to correct my text. Every step of the way I was given a contact person in the team responsible for that step. Every step was guided and explained. Their customer service always was the focus of conversations. They care about the quality of the finished product. We were thrilled with the printed proof copies, as are our proofreaders. This is a company you can trust to do what they say they will when they say they will and how they say they will. Quality and shipping of the proof copies bound as a book so we could imagine the finished product wrapped this experience in excellent work and customer service from start to finish.
They proofed the draft for formatting errors and allowed me to make final changes, then delivered within days.
I need to warn all you authors don't let OnPress print your book! It's a trap! The quality is to high and it looks to professional, someone might get the idea you have been an author for years. I recently put my book on B&N and had proof hard bound copies made. The print on demand version H.B. copies I received, well I give them a three star rating in quality. They wanted the book submitted in Word instead of PDF. I think that is where the issue is for them, or it's just a bad printer. Needless to say my book in H.B. will only be available from me printed by OnPress.
Staff was always helpful and friendly on the phone. I loved that I got accurate quotes which is not the case for all printers which is why I switched to OnPress Book Printing. I highly recommend. They did a quality job on my softcover book proof and I've placed an order for 80 softcover and 32 hardcover. I can't wait to share it with friends, family and my book purchasers.
This is my first time using the website, and my first time having to create a yearbook from scratch. I had a lot of errors going in, but each time when I would submit it in for printing, the team would communicate back to me exactly what was wrong and give me the opportunity to fix it before it went to printing. I was also able to watch some tutorial videos, especially when it came to doing the front and back cover of the yearbook.I really appreciate that process of communication and resources. That was super helpful!

Perfect for what we needed, which was a few hard copy paperbacks of a draft-stage novel from a first time author.
