Extremely well rounded platform and overall experience. The onboarding is amazing, the platform tells you exactly what you need to fill out and points of improvement. Also, the mock interview is a plus like no other. I never had such an experience. It really helps smoothing the edges of my pitch and self presentation. Very good vibes so far. Only downside so far is that I can't seem to be able to find that many open positions that fit my profile, but that may as well be a problem on my side.

Many people think that applying for jobs through Strider isn’t legitimate or that it only has ghost jobs like LinkedIn. In reality, it’s an extremely serious company. I had the opportunity to go through their hiring processes and am now working for a small company in the United States. Thanks to Strider, I’ve been able to achieve a healthy balance between work and quality of life. I come from the financial software development industry, where I worked closely with banks. Today, I earn almost twice what I used to make at financial institutions while dealing with only one-fifth of the stress. The professionals are serious, and the HR team is truly committed. The company also promptly helped me with any and all immigration-related matters involving countries other than Brazil. I won’t go into details, but I can say that I remain extremely grateful for everything to this day.
