They are a personally friendly, fully AMERICAN based company. When you have a problem, you are talking to the people who work in the company!! They are super caring and helpful people who went way beyond necessary to fulfill my wishes with good items and excellent replacements, if I could not get my usual order. Their products deliver FAST and in great condition! I love them!!!

great customer service--very pleasant. The code I was offered did not work. Your website is not as awesome as your lights. I could not create an account to get the discount and when I went to submit a review--it did not work--I'll try this. Great lights please consider a new updated website

We do our best to keep our inventory updated but unfortunately sometimes we miss taking one out of stock if one is needed to replace an item that was damaged during shipping for example. I cancelled my order within 15 minutes of placing it. I know it was not processed tgat quickly or packaged ti ship but was informed order coukd not be cancelled. Not happy with thud response. The price was almost double of another company.
