I purchased a 48"Monesan Artisan indoor/outdoor see through fireplace. My contractor did the rough-in installation ie, gas/electric. Then I thought I was gonna have to hire someone to do the final details installation. I called around locally to get someone to come in, but no luck..Either too much for service call or outright no for lack of product knowledge. So, I decided to call NCF and to my surprise in speaking with Dean Allen, he quickly assured me that there was no need to pay or get any outside help. He went on to assure me that when we are ready for the final install to make appointment and he will personally walk me through the process. Needless to say, this brought me allot of relief to know I could get this done with his help. I was not expecting this level of service.!! Since then he has been checking up on our progress so we can make an appointment for final install. I want to take a moment to share outstanding customer service from several team members but highlight Tatiana. I have three fire places from this company. Two outside and one inside a new construction build. The technical support for parts I needed and then the follow up for what could be returned was great. Easy follow up step by step. I love the fire places and the quality. Guests want to know who to order from and I am sharing and bragging about great customer service. Tatiana gave great, daily follow up with expectations for when I get a credit for a part I returned. Every part of the process for them to get me what I need and make sure it meets California code for the new build saved me thousands! Well done team and Tatiana.

Reached out to my sales rep Steve about a technical issue upon install who immediately replied and got me in touch with Dean. Dean was minutes out of getting off but yet still took the time to email me and make an appt with me for the next morning. He spoke with my GC and they quickly confirmed the issue. I had an issue with my gas fireplace pilot staying lit. I called North Country Fire and spoke with their service technician Dean. Dean walked me through every step of the way to troubleshoot system. I spoke with Dean before, during and after we had my Gas Fireplace up and running. Deans knowledge ,patience and confidence is amazing. From when I first called I was quickly helped by a woman named Tatiana who reached out to Dean for me. The next morning I received a email from Dean who sent me his contact number. I wish more companies had such kind and qualified personnel.
