Super Helpful and Timely Customer Service
The customer service team at North Country is top notch. They responded immediately, setup a next day appointment, and kept to the agreed schedule to the minute. Dean was super helpful identifying and resolving the issue I was having with my unit. We were able to talk through the problem and troubleshoot over the phone, step by step. Within a few minutes we had it solved and my unit was working normally. Can't thank Dean and his team enough!

I reached out for tech support during a fireplace installation, including the venting setup, and had the chance to work with Dean. After more than 20 years in this trade, I can honestly say this was one of the best support experiences I’ve had. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was clear. If I ever need assistance again, I’d definitely ask for him specifically

North Country Fire Gas Fireplace Purchase
Steve Jackson at North Country Fire was exceptional to work with - fast, efficient, easy. He helped me understand the differences between the models we were considering and the varying features offered. I ever felt pressured into a sale and he was very respectful of my questions. In addition, he was able to find some discounts I had not considered which made the upgrade option affordable for our kids who are building a house. There was a slight hiccup in accessing my invoice but it was handled quickly.
I can recommend North Country Fire wholeheartedly!
