My honest review

I bought some nice clothes from there last summer and decided to order again for this summer. The clothes i got last summer was fire, moncler was 10/10 and everything else was insanely good quality. Nothing bad to say, i live in sweden and it took me 10-15 days last year to get my package and probably the same time now! Really good with tax free options! 🙏🏼 Oscar

OOPBUY - Best Agent

Firstly, I would like to emphasise how easy it is to navigate through the app, additionally with the chat support any inquires made are answered as soon as possible. Secondly when it comes to shipping your actual parcel, the amount of coupons you get are fantastic. There are discounts ranging from £2 off all the way up to 20% off!!!! The tracking for your parcel is quick and efficient. The shipping is very very quick compared to other apps/websites. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to order, and I can confidently say, this is the best agent/app out there.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed over three months ago, which has still not been delivered. The payment for this order was completed at the time of purchase, but I have not received any updates or clear information about the current status of the shipment. The waiting time has now exceeded a reasonable period, which I find unacceptable. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this matter and provide me with accurate information about my order. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I expect a full refund of the amount paid. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable timeframe, I will be forced to take further action. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt reply.

I am warning everyone against using Oopbuy. I have experienced a clear case of shipping fraud and missing goods. Weight Fraud: I was charged for 8.1 kg. The official weight from the National Carrier (Czech Post) was only 5.22 kg. That is a 35% overcharge based on fake dimensions and weight. Missing Goods: 2 hoodies were missing from my package. Despite having insurance, the merchant refused to refund the items. Manipulation: They sent a tiny partial refund (14 EUR) and labeled it as a "Referral Reward" instead of acknowledging the missing items, clearly trying to trick the system. Censorship: They are actively removing my posts with evidence from Reddit. I have already initiated chargebacks with my banks. Avoid this agent if you value your money. Order ID: Y2604041674878219
