Don’t buy!! TIK TOK MADE ME BUY FROM OOPBUY.
I got scammed i bought 7 items that cost me around 65$ total, waited 3 weeks for my items to arrive to the warehouse.. After that people said on Tiktok to do rehearsals it’s very cheap, i did total 2,8kg, removed shoe boxes and other boxes. Cost me 3$ fee, then the shipping went from 90$ normal price to 118$ with coupons! That means rehearsal is a big scam. How does 7 items that weight 2,8kg go to 6800kg? They won’t answer me! I was forced to pay 118$ and now i have been waiting 1 week for them to ship my stuff. Avoid this website!!

Warehouse took days, which is fine. But rehearsal is the real issue.
I paid for rehearsal on March 26. It is now April 2 and my parcel is still stuck in “Processing Removed from Shelf”.
That means the items are already picked but they have not finished packing for over 7 days.
Support only sends copy paste replies about delays and staff shortages. No real updates.
This is not normal. Rehearsal should take 1 to 2 days, not over a week.
Very poor service and no transparency. I will not use this agent again.
So I ordered some clothes from Oopbuy, throughout the ordering process, I ran into a issue, like it taking a bit long for the quality check photos to arrive. But after I did get them, my expectations were blown. I had absolutely no issues about not getting the items that I wanted. The order never arrived when you contact the customer service the response is delayed and it doesn´t help at all, you cannot find at the website what they want you to do, I try to get the money back but it seems very complicated and until now not successful, never again

Never in my life have I seen such an incompetence.. I bought some items and my friend bought the same items and when they arrived at the warehouse he was able to refund them very easily by clicking the blue text. But for me this wasn‘t an option so I contacted the support and wow.. I write them a couple of messages because 2 items had been wrong delivered and some products had missing items and I wanted to refund something that I just didn‘t want (I know you pay for the shipping fees etc.). Instead of doing what I want they just looked over some of my messages. I contacted so many times (been in contact for 2 weeks now). and then when they finally read the message about the product I just didn‘t like they said it‘s been over the 5-days returning policy. REALLY? YOU ARE THE REASON WHY IT‘S BEEN OVER 5 DAYS COME ON. Can‘t recommend.
