Never in my life have I seen such an incompetence.. I bought some items and my friend bought the same items and when they arrived at the warehouse he was able to refund them very easily by clicking the blue text. But for me this wasn‘t an option so I contacted the support and wow.. I write them a couple of messages because 2 items had been wrong delivered and some products had missing items and I wanted to refund something that I just didn‘t want (I know you pay for the shipping fees etc.). Instead of doing what I want they just looked over some of my messages. I contacted so many times (been in contact for 2 weeks now). and then when they finally read the message about the product I just didn‘t like they said it‘s been over the 5-days returning policy. REALLY? YOU ARE THE REASON WHY IT‘S BEEN OVER 5 DAYS COME ON. Can‘t recommend.
