My account keeps getting "locked" and will not let me log in to make a payment even though the reset information I input is 100% correct, it will not reset. One of the worst apps and online sites I have ever experienced. I believe it is designed this way so you end up with late fees. Who has the extra 30 mins to be on the phone to reset every time? 🤷♀️

No priority shipping available
Asking customers to open a new card with two clicks without first verifying mailing details has created a poor experience. I updated my mailing address immediately after and now my card will be delayed another 2 weeks because my updated address in the app doesn’t carry over to the new card application. This should be more seamless. In addition to that not offering customers who experience this a chance to receive the card via priority shipping adds insult to injury. Yes open sky is my only option right now but next year this time my options will increase as will my income and it’s these types of experiences that will make me think twice about continuing to use opensky.
