This company is an absolute scam. The jumpsuit I ordered didn’t fit so I requested to return the item. They emailed back refusing to do it instead. Emailing several times to convince me to keep it and simply re-order another size. I emailed with them several times demanding a refund and they refused. They finally offered to give me 50% of my money back, but the item is still junk so I guess that’s what I have to settle for. I would highly caution anyone wanting to order from this place. Do not do it!
This company is a SCAM!! Their website does not show real clothes they have ready for shipping. I bought the barrels made out of 56%Cotton, 32%Rayon, 12%Linen. What I received were not only a completely different style pant, but they were made 100% out of plastic(76%rayon, 21%Nylon, 3% spandex). Funny thing is even the description materials for the pants I did receive on the website shows these pants are made of different material.
When I asked for a refund they offered me $10 and to keep the incorrect and cheaply made pants I DID NOT order. When I said no, I want a full refund as well as cost for shipping to return, they offered me 30% of my original payment and I could keep the pants OR I could return for a full refund but I would be responsible for shipping. WHY ON EARTH would I pay another dime for an item I already paid for and did not get??? This company is sooo clearly a scam it’s actually comical that I didn’t see it in the first place. Their entire concept is to trick you into purchasing a higher quality item and then they ship you a cheap item and hope that by offering you a fraction of the cost you paid and saying you can keep the item they incorrectly shipped to you, that You will just go away. Do not give them your money.
Do not buy from this company. They try to scam you out of returning. They hope you just give up after many emails. They should be out of business for false advertising.
Pants did not fit and did not seem to be good quality. I tried to return them per their return policy and they kept emailing me asking me to take a discount instead of allowing me to return them. After 5-7 emails, I finally accepted a partial return because I was so sick of dealing with them.
I spent $178 on four of the “spanks lookalike” jumpsuits. Items were not as described, all were too small and too short. I should have looked a little deeper into this company, had I done that I never would have ordered from them. They never responded about returning my items for a refund. This is a huge and expensive learning lesson for me…NEVER again! Very disappointed.
ZERO STARS! First and foremost (and this one is probably on me as I thought it was spanx sale or overstock — I should see these without glasses and skepticism), the products are absolutely horrible. Sizing is ridiculously small, the material is terrible and their customer service is NON EXISTENT. I also had a UPS bill of about $20 which I had to pay before receiving it. The package came with no invoice, redress, return address, nothing.
The items I ordered looked nothing like the picture and when I asked for a refund twice, I was told the following: Sorry, our product is not suitable for you and cannot meet your needs. Our brand is always committed to providing high-quality products and excellent services. Although we offer a return service, you may need to fully consider the inconvenience that may arise during the return process. Handling the return procedures, packaging the product, and the process of returning the package all require a certain amount of time and effort from you.
Therefore, I sincerely suggest that you place a new order and choose the appropriate size of the product. For this ill fitting item, you may consider gifting it to suitable family or friends. If you feel that giving to friends and family is not appropriate, you can also try reselling the product to those in need, allowing the product to continue to realize its value.
