Hi Thomas, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
Updated: 5/17/23 They were on holiday when I requested support. I have now been refunded for my purchase. So they are legit and trustworthy. Original: 4/23/23 The Sonicwall 1874 compatible transceiver is not compatible with the Sonicwall TZ570P. I've requested help twice and have not been contacted. I've called multiple times and there is no one answering the phone. Optcore has no support and should not be trusted.
We are so sorry for any delayed reply. In fact, we fully understand your feelings. Please help give us a chance to explain this misunderstanding. We are on a Chinese public holiday during international labor day. That caused the delayed reply and no answer for the call during those days. Anyway, we sincerely apologize again for your unpleasant experience. Please be assured, we will try our best to locate and solve this problem. We also accept returns and issue full refunds for incompatible issues. Our sales team has contacted you and followed this question. Thanks a lot for your kind understanding.
It's my first time buying from Optcore, I was very happy with the price, delivery speed and no compatibility issues with my hardware.
Thank you, Merico. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your rating with us. We look forward to seeing you again soon.
