VERY POOR SERVICE
Ordered and paid with PayPal on 9-8-25. After a week checked on status. Told there is a backlog of 7 to 10 days. Make a long story short, 11 e-mails and several phone calls to customer service in a third world country that could barely speak English I received full refund on 10-30-25 after starting a dispute through PayPal. Save yourself the aggravation, don't buy from them!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service! I mistakenly ordered the wrong prescription contacts and was devastated that I would need to buy a whole new batch but was told I could return for free to swap them out! It was super easy to print the label for return and my new contacts were sent asap as well! Definitely won me over for future business. Thank you
