When an autoship order placed and was returned to the company because of an incorrect address, they refunded our money quickly, made any appropriate changes, we requested, and resent the order to the correct address. The order arrived quickly and the customer service was great! Thank you for all you do!

I forgot I had a subscription
I forgot I had a subscription for my contacts - it was a yearly subscription and I just forgot. Within that year I stopped wearing contacts so I no longer needed them. The contacts were sent and I emailed the company and they immediately sent me a return label and were able refund me upon receipt of the returned item.

I order for 3 people in my family. Biotrue is always in stock and comes fairly quick for my daughters. On the other hand, Dailies Total One for Astigmatism is always on backstock. It takes 2 weeks or more to receive them. I always have to order way ahead of time for this reason. Disappointing. Kari

Lack of up to date tracking info
Received an email with a link to track my purchase but upon clicking on said link it takes me to your site at my account. I click on the order that I placed and there is absolutely no tracking info there. Get on your chat and the rep sent me the tracking number and the link for USPS and when I go there the only thing there is a statement saying that my package was given to a shipping partner. No delivery date or any kind of update.
