Lousy customer service. Re -Ordered contact lens and they mailed ne lenses that are all for my right eye.
Reached out to the customer service and they instructed me to mail it back with my latest eye prescription which I did.
I have not heard from them after that.
I reached out again via email and told them I needed my contact lens refill for the reason that I ran out and been waiting for it.
Nobody could tell me if they mailed it already.
I was a returning client and they messed out my order.
No one took responsibility or even apologized to what had happened. Hence, my experience was a big disappointment to your company.

The contacts that I received were horrible. They tore at various parts that were not clean. I have to scissor cut each contact to make sure they do not rip apart from snother section. Leaving 1 to 3 contacts apart to dry.
My contacts came in perfect as always. First order was never delivered and I called and they sent me out a new order. I have been wearing these Focus Dale's for years and they are so comfortable.
Ordering online was simple and efficient. Tried Warby Parker and they are still sending e-mails asking for my scrip six weeks after I canceled (found a better deal).
OptiContacts made it easy to order my contacts online. Their autoship for refilling contact orders was my favorite part of their service. I never had to worry about running out of contacts. Win!!
