This company is somewhat of a scam

This company is somewhat of a scam. They start out offering free shipping, a special code for a discount, and then once you place the order they have the most enormous processing fee. Typically a processing fee through a company such as this is anywhere from $4.95- $6.95. Not this company!!!! Apparently, their processing must take a lot more time, effort and care by placing contacts in a box and shipping them than most companies. NOT!! It’s a way to recover their free shipping, and special code promotion savings. They’re out to trick you and thank you that you’re saving when you’re not saving at all. I would highly recommend using another company. This is a rip off.!

$187 fees - ridiculous

Quoted a good price for contacts and said "estimated cost" was $352. When I proceeded to check out, my cost was $539 (without shipping). They listed $187 as "fees." No explanation. I also had to upload my prescription before price given.

This company took my money two weeks…

This company took my money two weeks ago. I ordered contacts and they said they had them in stock. Then I got a message saying they were packing my order. Now just a few days ago they tell me they don’t have them in stock. How can you have them and packing the order and now suddenly you don’t have them? They were quick to take my money. And I still don’t know if I’ll get my contacts. I needed them now, not a month from now! What a rip off company!

This company is amazing

This company is amazing. I got my contacts for under half the price of what I normally pay. Which is $600 every 6 months. They fit amazingly, and they're a great price.They also had to order mine from their distribution center, which I figured was gonna take a while, and I got them, way quicker than what I thought I would. They also are great at communicating.

High Processing Fee

Their checkout process/pricing is misleading. They don't factor in the high processing fee until you reach the end of the checkout. (it was an extra $40 for me). It was still cheaper than competitors, but their processing time took a full 5 days before it even shipped. I would have rather paid a little more for the contacts by a competitor that can process in 1 day without extra fees, rather than pay a $40 process fee with slow processing times. I understand their policy is 2-5 days for processing and 3-7 for shipping, but they should be more transparent upfront about the high processing fee.

My information was still available and the site is easy to use. very easy process and is faster is I ordered from my doctor and drive an hour to pick up the contacts.

They add a hidden fee onto the shopping card in the final step of ordering. Then they send you an extreme amount of emails trying to spam you into completing your order. You are 1000% better off ordering from Costco online. These people are a dirty scam.

With the price of contacts increasing over the years, I found your cost to being very competitive with the special offers that you give out. The shopping online experience was simple and easy. I hope the same specials are there when I need to order contacts for my other daughter.

Misleading bait and hook strategy. They publish a low price for contact lenses then charge an outrageous "processing fee". On a $160 set of lenses they charged a $111 processing fee and $13 for shipping. Waste of time.

The price always doubles once it's in your cart due to their "scam" fee's. They set them up on a percentage, so you pay double. Question - Why does the rate to verify a prescription change based on the price of the order? Shouldn't it be a flat fee?
