Price cheating - fake pricing

Price cheating. Falsely advertise contacts lens for a lower price but once at checkout charges a hefty $190 processing fee. Definitely not a good sales tactic. They cant do this and get away long term. I wish some one will take them to court soon.

The ordering process was so easy and the price was the lowest I found compared to several other websites and my eye doctor. My package arrived much faster than I thought, less than a week! I would recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase contacts.

Too soon to provide my full experience since the oder was placed today. Ordering was good but a little confusing. When I uploaded my prescription, it showed my name, info, and the prescription, and also a default. Couldn't understand why there needed to be 2 accounts.

They throw in a $466 taxes and fees at checkout. Making the contacts almost twice as expensive as they say. They said on the phone that they want to make the boxes of contacts as inexpensive as possible so they have to add fees and taxes. A total scam. Lens.com must be the same company because their checkout is the same and it places the same $466 fees/taxes charge on it. I would not buy from them because I don't trust someone that would do that.

I ordered a 6-month supply of Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism, but upon trying i noticed my right eye prescription was off. I submitted a complaint, but bc the Rx was correct, they said they couldn't do anything. I literally couldn't wear them and eventually they gave in and only refunded me 50% of my order. Ordering from another company, I realized the issue was a manufacturing issue. The lenses didn't have the right thickness. Regardless of the Rx, this should have been taken into consideration so I could have gotten a full refund.

Thank you so much for the great service! I received my lenses very quickly and at a fantastic price. I was also offered a discount on a pair of glasses, which was such a pleasant surprise. I’m honestly extremely happy with the whole experience. The communication was excellent throughout — I felt well taken care of, received a lot of helpful recommendations, and the team was very attentive and responsive during our conversations. Overall, the service was 100% outstanding, and I’m really satisfied with everything.

Always so easy to reorder contacts on this site. My prescription is saved so it’s super easy to pull up what I need refilled.

Bait and Switch

I ordered contact lenses once from this company, got a very good price, and had no problems. Yesterday, however, I was searching for the least expensive contacts online, and their ad came up, quoting $12/box for my particular type of lenses. I followed that link and made my order for one box. When I tried to complete the order, they added on a shipping fee of $12, which I expected, but then a $41 processing fee! I clicked on the question mark notation, and up popped their reasoning for using bait and switch tactics: competitors are hurting their sales, so they have to do this! And they acknowledge that it's not a good practice, as if doing so makes it honest. Unbelievable.

Pretty sure this is not a legitimate site. I ordered glasses that were supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. It’s been over three weeks without any legitimate shipping information. And all likelihood my prescription will have changed before my glasses even get delivered. Use your credit card so you have the opportunity to dispute your charge.

They advertise low prices, then add high fees at the last step of checking out. Really shady practice, don't waste your time.
