Ridiculous.. sent wrong order. Would not correct without a dr script even though before the order they contacted my dr. Sent 2week supply due to length of time it took. I paid for them plus shipping. Now still waiting for my 6 month supply that cost over $600. Will not order from them again due to shipping time, cost and lack of service
Used Google to find lowest price for contacts. Found them at OptiContacts. Added them to card. Total was $131. When it came time to pay, they added a $200+ processing fee! Total bait and switch! What a scam! Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Opticontacts customer service is horrible. I shopped my contacts around and most websites will tell you that what you are trying to buy is in stock. I assumed this was the case with Opticontacts but this is not true. I purchased my contacts on Nov 14, and I received an email a few days later from their service team saying what I ordered was on back order. They would ship me my order when it arrived promising 2-3 days. Finally, on Nov 23, they shipped my order promising 3-7 days for delivery. It is now Nov 28, and my package is not here. I contacted their service line and they told me, it appears the courier lost the package. Obviously, this is not Opticontacts fault. They informed me that I was going to receive a complimentary box per eye. I was excited they were going to do the right thing and I was going to get 5 box per eye, with 1 box being free. I called their service line to get the correct shipping info. This was when I was informed I was only being shipped 1 box per eye, then once they finished their review with the courier, I’d get my additional 3 box per eye. I understand it wasn’t their fault the courier lost the package but to tell me I was getting complementary boxes was a straight up lie. If I didn’t call, they were going to send me a partial shipment and not send me my complete order. Their email was horribly misleading. Do not buy from this company.
