I had a problem with a new battery
I had a problem with a new battery that was totally discharged on arrival and would not accept a charge. Following a few messages back and forth it was sorted to my satisfaction.
Excellent torches, excellent service
This was my second purchase from the OrcaTorch. I can't rate them high enough. The quality of their torches rank amongst the best in class (if not better) yet they remain affordable. The speed of service, packaging and communication is fantastic. I have recommended them to all my diving friends.

Shipped good product in a timely fashion
I wished that I received a proper item…
I wished that I received a proper item (green laser) right away, and did not have to contact customer support and explain to them what went wrong. However, they agreed to send me a proper head (green laser instead of a red one) after understanding that originally the red laser was marked as a green one. It took 15 days to get the item.

Customer Service in China...
I Did not realize I was purchasing from a company with no mainland US infrastructure. Would have never considered purchasing after being informed by their "customer service" of the many many obstacles of returning a product to China. Turns out it is Virtually impossible, expensive and very risky. Will make sure all of my many diving associates are aware of the difficulties and risk of dealing with this company. I'm actually surprised I even received the product at all based on their process description.

Item not delivered
I ordered a torch on Nov. 24, 2023 and still have not received it. Canada Post did an investigation and said the package was not delivered and I submitted that to you and you are refusing to issue a refund.
