I have now purchased 3 back braces for my daughters & granddaughter & they all have told me how very much their back comfort is improved &: pain is relieved! They received the braces promptly & wear them almost daily & every day they're working. I will come back to Orthorelieve for future needs!

Spine ease massager. My husband purchased these in the 2 for 1 deal - he was in desperate sciatic/back pain. When he told me I was so sceptical because I’ve been conned by these websites in the past. Well I am truly amazed at how effective this is!! We both use it multiple times a day. It has an unusual pattern of vibration plus a ‘kneading’ action that is so effective and truly relieves pressure. I am writing this review as I use trust pilot a lot to determine if online purchases are legit-so this is sincere and not from the company website. I am still sceptical of the products longevity, but a month in with multiple daily use and so far so good. I use for neck, shoulders and lower back.

I was sent a wrong size
I was sent a wrong size ! I received a size Large and ordered S/M . This current one I could wrap around 1.5 times . There is no place to Velcro it at that point …. I weigh 118 lbs and I’m 5’4” , there is no reason for me to order Large size back brace … Please advise how can I return this one and get the correct size or just get the money back . Thank you

Brilliant product At first it made my pain worse. But, after finding the correct spot, it has been a god send. No more waking up at night, hardly any pain during the day and I feel so much happier.

The product has worked to reduce back pain. The company could improve their image if they could deliver it in less than three weeks. Unfortunately there was no operating instructions include - I had to go on to the internet to find out how to work it even though the advertising says a manual is included. A nice product stuffed up by lousy logistics no manual.

The item did not fit regardless of me following their instructions for measuring. Then there is no refund for the item. Instead, they will send me a new item with just paying the shipping, but we never get to the point where we can set that up. Been working on this over a month

The brace is nice but isn't big enough. Can I exchange it for the next size up? I wear a back brace every day but can't wear this one because its too small. I have scoliosis and had 3 surgeries in my lifetime. I need a brace with good support. Is there a phone number I can contact you at?

The back support itself is wonderful
The back support itself is wonderful, provides great support and relieves pressure. The only issue I have is the sizing is a little off. According to the website my measurements indicated a medium but I find it’s a little too tight and I can only wear it for an hour before it becomes uncomfortable.
