Andre, we’re sorry this turned into such a frustrating experience. We replied to your first message on July 19, and you confirmed receiving that response that evening, but we then missed the follow-up we had promised within a day or two. We understand why that gap left you feeling ignored, and that part was our mistake. UPS never recorded receipt of the package, so we issued a full refund, and if the watch still arrives, it is yours to keep.

We're sorry this piece wasn't the right fit, and we've sent a prepaid return label with a full refund on its way. One clarification for anyone reading: the crystal is acrylic, the correct and original material for a vintage watch of this era, and our listing described it directly as "a tall domed acrylic crystal." Acrylic rather than glass is what the large majority of vintage watches wear from the factory. We're always glad to help a buyer find the right piece.

On the 27th of January I ordered a watch, a week later there was no update so I wrote Garret and he said he was about to message me that the watch had an issue and I could exchange get a refund or wait for it to get fixed, I chose to exchange he sent me a confirmation and tracking number, it’s now February 16 and ups has not received the package. I tried emailing, texting his WhatsApp, I been checking my email every day and even the spam folder just in case but nothing. He’s been ignoring me , almost feels like I got scammed, all the good reviews on here I’m starting to think they’re fake. I wouldn’t trust this kid. Yes, a kid.

Thank you for the feedback, A full refund was processed on February 16th. We apologize if we missed any of your messages, but at no point were you ignored or scammed, the situation was disclosed upfront. You originaly asked us to send the watch once repaired, and later asked for a different watch. A separate order was created and then picked up by UPS. Every review on this page is from a real customer with a real experience. OTTUHR is built on transparency, which includes catching problems and making them right rather than shipping a watch that doesn't meet our standards. As for the "kid" comment, OTTUHR is operated by a small group of collectors and was founded by a professional in horology with years of experience in vintage watch authentication and servicing.

Was able to get a hard to find vintage Nivada at a great price and in amazing condition. It’s running really well and it’s nice to have the warranty too. Highly recommend!
