Ordered a rag doll on the 9th September. Paid for delivery which was 5 to 7 days. Looked at tracking, says been dispatched on 11th. As not received I e mailed on Sunday and Monday morning. Said I would get a response in 24 hours but not had one. Put on a bad review and got an immediate response with update on order. Doll eventually arrived yesterday 23rd September. The doll comes from China so should manage expectations better and not say delivery will be 5 to 7 days.

When I saw the Highland coos I thought they were adorable. So many of those online sites are actually located in China. I had to do my due diligence in researching the shop before I actually made an order. This order was a special order. I was satisfied this was an actual shop located in England. I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the Highland coos and in the timely manner in which they were delivered in the states. They were exactly as pictured in the add. I was happy. I would order from them again.
