I am absolutely appalled

I am absolutely appalled, I ordered a jumper and a bracelet to be delivered to me in UK. The jumper arrived but no bracelet and when I checked it had insufficient address (no house name!). I corrected this online with the courier company and informed customer services whose response was for me to go to my post office who had nothing to do with the parcel. I've now found out the courier has marked the package/bracelet is being returned to the retailer! I'm disgusted that I've paid my money for a memorial bracelet and received NOTHING and no help from customer services. If the bracelet isn't with me by Saturday 8th August 2026 I'll have a full refund. It's been horrendous losing my dog but this was his tribute, I'm a 77 year old pensioner and can ill afford to throw money away on what is beginning to look like a scam.

I ordered a t-shirt for my daughter that included the names of her two sons. I was able to easily choose personal facial and clothing attributes which was so great! The images on the t-shirt really mimicked what they would be like in person. Great quality shirt and wonderful workmanship. Highly recommend!

Great from start to finish, Product as described, delivery was on time , although delivery partner left it at wrong house , Was very pleased on opening, and I hope my sister likes it as it’s for her 40th wedding anniversary.

The "Bob's Garage" sign is a really cool sign

The "Bob's Garage" sign is nicely made, can't wait to hang it in my garage! It was very well packaged for mailing, and it arrived in perfect condition. I was surprised to learn that it was made in China ( I thought this was an American company), but the tracking was easy to follow. Overall, this is a really cool sign!

Great customer service

Customer Service was extremly helpful. I order a pocket hug and after I placed my order I found a nicer one and contacted Customer Service within minutes of ordering . They contacted me a little while later and went above and beyond the call to fix it and send me the one I wanted . Even after they fixed , they sent me an email telling me if something is was wrong to let them know , so they can fix it.

I sent an email about returning the product because my husband said it wasn't appropriate.i understand that might not be possible, but you don't know until you ask. Whoever emailed me back saying to give the product to someone else that might enjoy it, is wrong for replying with that to a customer, knowing what I ordered.I have asked to speak with a manager about this!
