I received my bracelet two days ago. I wore it a couple hours one day then a few hours today. I was at a meeting when this lady was handing me something, I looked at it. It was my dog's photo that fell off the new bracelet. If she had not found it before we left the meeting today I would not have known where it was lost. Also the photo looks like it is trying to come off,I thought these photos were engraved but they are not. I paid too much for this to happen.I was so proud to get my bracelet with my dog's photo after just losing her to cancer. This is not acceptable to pay this much and the second the photo falls off. I won't be ordering again from this company.

I ordered a personalised wine glass for a friend’s birthday as the design was unusual. The ordering process was easy, I was given progress reports regularly and it arrived in good time and was very well packaged. I’m very pleased with it and thought it good value for money.
Our sign looks perfect & arrived quicker than I expected. I originally placed an order for a doormat & then just after saw the same thing in a sign. They made it easy to cancel & reorder what I wanted. The sign seems sturdy so it should last quite awhile.

Needs a little improvement
The bracelet was really pretty. No complaints there, but the pictures of my dogs one of them you could hardly make out. The other was very small. If they could improve on that, it would be a great bracelet.
