I ordered 3 of the personalized coins one for my son, daughter, and wife, the shop app told me it was delivered at the door, when I got home they were not there, I filled out a ticket, and got a bot response telling me to wait a couple days. I did that and then filled out another ticket. And got the same response, wait 2 more days. I feel this website is a scam. Don’t order from them!!!

Got the order in, very colorful and love the fact the picture on the racing car with helmet looks awesome, but the size is much smaller than expected. For a 5 years old going into K2, this is way too small. Was going to order 2 more for my other grandkids but due to the size of the backpack will not be ordering.

The cups and artwork look great. The cups do seem to be small; however they do hold the 16 ounces as advertised. Can't wait for next family event to show them off. Glad I purchased them, only wish I had ordered more. Delivery was quick.

The whole shopping thing was very good..the coffee mug arrived and is actually better looking than on the website page..the only downside is the amount of emails..to some it wouldn't be a problem..but to me i dont want them..apart from that the service is rather good.

My purchase of a 250th birthday banner.
My 250th birthday banner was easy to order. Shipping was on time. Unfortunately the product had a few defects. My problem was I didn’t open the package until 7-2-26 which put my purchase out of the their warranty. I’d stress they advise all customers to open immediately for inspection for any defects within their warranty period. *They took care of my out of warranty issues and sent me a new replacement. When I placed my order I was given a time frame when to expect delivery. I was expecting my package first to second week of august and I received it the last week of July 😊 100% thrilled with the way my picture turned out! Can’t wait to see my husband’s reaction when he opens it for our 25th wedding anniversary! The only thing I wish was an option is a selection of ball caps.
