I like the cooperation that they did to modify my photo at my request and the final product is very nice like I wanted it. But I think that the shipping method could be better. I had a tracking no. but I tracked it for a while but when it arrived in Canada I couldn't find any info if he carrier had picked it up. which carrier it was that had it and if it was out for delivery. First thing I knew it was left downstairs in the entry of the apt. I was home and nobody rang they just left it there. A neighbor took it up to me.
Received the parcel in a short timeframe. Quality nice and note explaining how to relax the folds very helpful.
It’s little touches like that which show you care … the product is not just sent, but sent with care. Thank you
Excellent quality, the only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is delivery was a bit slow, but that was probably due to the carrier, and not pawfecthouse. Totally satisfied with my experience with this company! Thank you!

I made a mistake and didn't realise there were different sizes when it was brought to my attention I could see where I went wrong. Then they were brilliant I paid a small amount match the cost of the larger coin and they are sending a replacement. Then they said I could keep the one sent if only more companies delt with there customers as well they do.well done and thank you.

Company has great customer support. They let you know what stage your order is in. Received before stated. That was awesome because it was for my hubby B'day. My husband freaking Loves it. I kept a star because I purchased 2 items and they were shipped separately. So I'm still waiting for other. I purchased the squishy tush car vent and a metal card engraved. Hopefully it'll be here sooner than later.

It is a beautiful shirt and well made. They made a mistake on the printing making my husband a husband on his birthday. However, after many many emails and trying to convince them that it was not my fault and they trying to get me to pay another shipping fee they finally did it for free. I would say they are a reputable company that just messed up but did after about 3 weeks agreed to fix the problem. I would order from them again but be careful to look at every detail of the order before placing it.
