I’d be careful ordering from this brand they describe toys as ‘baby’s first’ and ‘soft and safe’ but parts come off/lose easily
Lovely personalised doll. Was able to track delivery from dispatch to delivery on shop app. My little girl loves it. Thank you.
I can't really give a review on the item itself as it never arrived at the right address but I would like to say their customer service is appalling. I let them know I had not received my item and they blocked me from being able to message them. I have had to go through PayPal for a refund. I would personally think hard before ordering and order from elsewhere such as Leyadoll even though they are slightly more expensive
Great service. Beautiful dolls and bags. Loved them so much ordered again for the rest of family. Highly recommend as they are very quick to respond to questions and difficulties.
