They promised that the refund would be processed within 5-7 business days. I am posting this here to ensure the company adheres to their commitment to refund my money promptly. I expect the cancellation of the subscription and the full refund as promised. I will update this review once the refund is successfully received."

i was having trouble with a driver update and i was about to give up and get a refund on everything game included when i tried as a last resort to contact outbyte driver live chat support... Sam fixed my issue in record time and now i can now get on with my day. my only regret was not contacting them earlier! For anyone reading this , i strongly suggest you contact live support before wasting time and getting frustrated. 5 out of 5 stars hands down!
