This company is more than amazing in every way , from the quality of their products to their outstanding customer support. Everything about the experience has been excellent. I truly believe that for anyone who loves coffee, OUTLN should be your first choice whenever you think about buying any coffee equipment or accessories. Highly recommended!
Great product/ unique customer experience
Bought one Fino device. Worked once then impossible to have it work. Contacted the support who gave me a lot of advices (make sure you use good power adaptor, make sure cable is well plugged…..anyway, no comment). Still not working… since then no reply ….. Very frustrating to pay such a price for only one time use. I rank one until OutIn bring me a solution Updated - OutIn finally changed my fino device free of charge

I'm exciting of getting my new Outin Mino product soon, I was using it from my friend once and love the taste of coffee, the Mino will bring me a good accompany during my travel.
Customer service after order the titanium cup. Try to fit the nano espresso machine. At first is not fit. I sent message for customer support. After reviewing my issue with video.They sent me a replacement. Communication is fast and smooth. After I get the replacement. I try and still not fit well. Try on different machines. It fit other one but not mine. Try to problem solve and find out is the rubber seal ring on the machine. When OutIn ask me about how is the replacement. I told them about the seal ring. I don’t see they sell it in accessories. OutIn reply with will sent you a replacement seal ring. My feeling of this company is really want to satisfy customer need and stand behind their products. Have been a local customer when they are the first auto portable espresso machine in the market. Good job
The products are well-made, smooth and look more classic as compared to some other brands. A few items can be bettered though.. like the rewards redemption, accessories etc. The on-call support is good, they have one email for everything. I am yet to experience the after-sale-support or parts-support but looking at the marketing all over the social media, I expect that OutIn has invested enough in support too. My best wishes to them and I am looking forward to using my COMEPLETE set (fino, nano, scale, stand, coffee, etc)

It’s lightweight, well-built, and can make up to 5 cups on a single charge. The machine heats up quickly, creates a nice crema, and works with both pre-ground coffee and pods. For its size, it provides a great espresso experience on the go. Ideal for those who want quality coffee while traveling or outdoors. I only like espresso coffee and I used to suffer when I traveled and just have the regular american coffee machine in the hotel. Now I bring my machine everywhere. The only con for me is that it doesn't show how much battery is left.
Very reliable machine that allows me to create espresso anywhere anytime. Very helpful regarding I work healthcare and we only have so much time for break that this saves me the trip to the store allowing me to have more time to actively enjoy my break. Only issue is when I reached out for an issue about my items, outin Amazon has completely ghosted me even after providing what they asked for along with a video response involving the issue.
I placed an order via their website for a gift set on the 7th April. Then I noticed on the website that this set was not due to be despatched until May sometime which was far too late for my needs so I decided I would cancel the order. Which according to their website is fine and is done via email. Therefore I emailed but it took them 4 days to respond which is too long when looking to cancel. However when they did contact me after 4 days they refunded me straight away and even gave me a generous discount code which was appreciated. I do believe their customer service is very good they just need a better way to contact customer services (especially for a worldwide company when you can't use their phone number) when it comes to cancelling as email is often a slow process.
Since buying it, I've always had delicious coffee with me. :) I travel a lot by bike, often in places where there's no civilization. It fits perfectly in my bike bottle cage. When I'm craving coffee, it simply stops. I recently made coffee at an altitude of 1,800 meters and a temperature of -5 degrees Celsius. In short, I highly recommend it! P.S. Great communication with the seller; he responds quickly and solves the problem within a few seconds.
At home or the outdoors, the Outin portable coffee grinder and espresso maker are the best. Of course, the thrill won't be complete without all the cute accessories. Thank you for the experience.

I love my new Mino!! it was surprisingly easy to use, nice and small, and helped me create a delicious latte. I got it for travel along with some nespresso pods and a milk frother wand. Very excited!

The Customer Support experience is totally lacking. I expected more after I decided to buy into this brand, considering its priced rather high compared to other products. Prior to this, I was using my NOWpresso: a kickstarter project, which had since gone defunct. Product is definitely promising but it will be a gamechanger if customer service is just as proactive and responsive.

I just received my OutIn Mino two days ago and first impressions are very positive. Shipping was fast and the quality of the device seems very high. The unit is solidly built and the first several shots made with pods as well as loose grounds have been mess free and delicious. I’m very happy with this purchase so far.
