Bought a nano basket plus and it does…
Bought a nano basket plus and it does not fit my Outin espresso machine. I tried to return it and worked with their customer service only to be informed that I had the wrong outin and they do not allow returns. That is probably the worst policy I have ever heard of.

Best with Pods
Using Outin Mino at work when I'm stuck at desk, and sometimes on long car trips. Heating function is great, don't have to worry about battery when I can charge from the car or my laptop. I occasionally use ground coffee basket at home, but it's a time-consuming process to set up and to empty & clean afterwards - definitely pods anytime I'm out and about. Also need to carry a cloth to wipe down drips afterward, as you can't set it down if you're using the lid as a cup. Otherwise, pretty happy.

Overall A+ experience! A must buy in new tech!
I bought a blue Nano a year ago and have absolutely loved it. It’s perfect for my tiny kitchen counter. It’s easy to carry along for the day especially now that Outin has all the new carry cases and the Messenger bag designed specifically to carry everything you need in one place. I was so happy with the Nano that I also just purchased a Mino, a Fino grinder, a LattoGo and some accessories. The Mino is considerably quieter than the Nano which is a plus and I didn’t find the Nano loud. I do wish the double shot canister was available for the Mino right out the gate, but I understand it will most likely be available in the future. I also hear the Mino is waterproof and although I won’t test this feature it is an extra comfort for carrying it along to all the places I go. There scale is smaller than most kitchen scales you can find and is incredibly accurate. The cases I have are extremely well made and provide great protection from the hustle and bustle of city life. I have not needed to use the warranty but I’ve enquired about a few things via support email and received timely responses and great customer service. All around I am well pleased with every product I have used. I look forward to a long relationship with this company as a customer. Thank you Outin!

I descended down the outin Rabbit Hole
I descended down the outin Rabbit Hole. 2 years ago I got the nano and used it with capsules and I was satisfied.
Now I bought a breville espresso machine and I needed (wanted) a scale. So I bought the Claro, which is fantastic, but now I make espresso, so I bought the nano plus cup, and most lately the grinder!
Their products are beautiful. Coffee has a learning curve. They provide the tools. The tools are designed for portability, so that comes with some compromises. Don’t expect to get an expensive machine and barista made espresso. But with some practice, you’ll get a very good shot anywhere.
Wrong Item Received and No Response from Customer Service

I feel conflicted and am wondering whether I should reconsider my review, which was initially positive. Outin’s customer service has not responded to my messages. I simply wanted an update and to know the tracking number for my replacement order.
It has now been three days without any response, which is very unpleasant and disappointing.
I would like to revise my previous opinion regarding Outin’s customer service. I received a quick and satisfactory response from them within 48 hours. The item that was sent by mistake had a labeling issue, but a solution was immediately offered. A replacement is currently being shipped and should arrive very soon. I am therefore very satisfied with how the situation was handled. It is truly reassuring to be able to rely on a responsive and attentive customer service when ordering online. I would definitely recommend the Outin website for placing your orders.

I ordered the OutIn Mino and Fino on 7 December and paid extra for Seel “purchase protection.” On 7 January, 30 days later, I was suddenly told the order was delivered, but nothing ever arrived. No product, no proof of delivery, no refund. OutIn keeps delaying and Seel is a scam that provides zero real protection. Weeks of emails and still no resolution. Completely unacceptable. Avoid.

Quality product
I have been using the Nano daily for a few months. The battery lasts over a month if not heating water or six shots if heating. It takes little room on my counter. It is consistent, takes little maintenance. I enjoy taking the short time to prep an espresso shot. Ready by time water boils.

I bought an Outin espresso machine, after a week it doen't function anymore. I send as asked a movie off the malfunction and a copy of the invoice.
The support service didn't change the machine yet and tries ( according to my experience) to search any available excuse.
Untill today I'm very dissapointed.

A few issues that were sorted out.
Initial issues with original delivery which meant a long delay in receiving the product. It does ship from China!
However the company did provide tracking details and it did turn up in the end and I was also offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.
Have used the coffee machine several times already and seems like a sturdy product.

Received as a birthday present I love…
Received as a birthday present I love this product and from what I was told delivery was fast and in the UK came with Royal Mail. My only gripe I wish they just did a bundle pack with the nano basket plus so if you just want that you can buy it without the other two bits as it’s just more things to loose somewhere down the line! I’m sure most people if they want the dual basket plus upgrade they aren’t going to be that interested in the pods basket or single ground. Even if they are they are also available as a purchase. I work in aviation and cannot wait to take this traveling so long bad hotel coffee!
