Great! Ross Morgan helped avoid mistakes like a champ, thank you!
Great service and great product
Mr. Zack Mckenzie with OXO Packaging is a wonderful rep and he makes it very easy to bring a project from start to finish. He will always do the best he can to make any accommodations we might need and is always polite and happy to help and even when we change the design files last minute multiple times, he rolls with the changes and gets the job done for us. We'll continue to send projects to OXO with Zack as our rep. Thank you!
Five star company…. Two.
Been working with Jason on my boxes for our soaps and bath bombs. We just received our boxes for the soaps and the quality is five star. Jason has been on top of his game and even caught a mistake in our spelling I highly recommend this company and will be using them For all our future orders.
The team at Oxo Packaging was very responsive.
The team at Oxo Packaging was very responsive. They were quick to respond to my emails and the turn around time on the boxes was fast! The first run of boxes did have colors slightly off and they fixed it on the second run. The cost of the boxes was less than other suppliers. I will say the boxes are a bit on the flimsy side, not super sturdy but perfect for my needs. I will definitely use them again in the future.
You Will Be Pleasanty Surprised
Our company has now ordered twice from OXO Packaging for our packaging needs. We must say the customer service and quality of their products exceeded our expectations. Pricing is competitive, product is as expected and communication is excellent. Will do business with them again.

I highly recommend this company
Jannet was so patient and kind. She helped me design two beautiful boxes. I'd never made boxes before and she made sure that they turned out just like I had envisioned. Daniel got them printed and shipped quickly, and sent me updates on the process. Great company, great products.
OXO was a phenomenal partner
OXO was a phenomenal partner for a diecut packaging order. They went over-and-above, making delightful suggestions that we hadn't even considered, speedy follow up, and terrific prices. A woman named Maryann assisted me. A truly lovely person, she was very persistent & kind. Really appreciated her assistance & expertise. 10/10, will be ordering as many packaging pieces from them as possible in the future. Highly recommend.

I cannot express how caring, fast, and helpful Ms. Jannet and Daniel White with OXO Packaging have been to me this past year. I have referred friends to them and will continue to refer all my friends to this team. From design send, I get my items within 20 days. If I forget to respond, they're helpful in reminding me which in return helps keep my project moving forward. I appreciate their kindess even through my response delays. I could go on and on. Thank you two so much for helping my business grow!

Great product and support
Zack and the OXO Packaging team were great. They helped with the design work and it met all my expectations. I was able to see the prototype, but what I was really impressed with was the boxes when I received them. They were packaged well and they looked and worked perfectly. Thank you to the whole team and I look forward to another purchase.
