I ordered soap boxes for my company, & Ross Morgan did such a great job of helping me make my vision a reality! My boxes are beautiful! They do excellent work, and it was a pleasure working with Ross! I highly recommend them, and will be back for future purchases!! Thank you!!
Fast responding with questions and concerns. Boxes look good
This was the first time I had a custom box made and Jannet made it a pleasant, efficient experience. She was patient with all my demands and also had me speak directly with one of the designers to made sure everything was specific as possible for the final outcome. Additionally, there was a major delay on my end and Jannet was very patient, even though the project was one hold for a few months. The result are professional, impressive, quality boxes which displays our product perfectly. I'm eager to continue working with OXO for additional projects in the future.
Brian Jackson made my custom box making experience a breeze. Everything was communicated clearly and the product itself is top notch.
Miss. Jannet Samson was great to work with! Boxes came out amazing and the design team helped put our vision to life. Also very quick turnaround when compared with our competitors.
Rachel made this process so easy! The velvet bags that we ordered turned out perfect!
My third order!! Once again, Jason has easily helped me through the designing and purchasing process. The boxes are exactly what I envisioned. The quality of the boxes give me the comfort in knowing my candles are well protected. My company logo, design and print flows seamlessly through three different style of boxes I have gotten through OXO Packaging. I receive so many complements on the boxes and how they present my products. If and when I need more boxes, I will definitely be emailing Jason.
Wonderful customer service, attention to details, great quality and competitive prices. I'm a happy customer. :)
Mr. Zack McKenzie, with OXO Packaging is the consummate professional. He pays close attention to the requests and delivers high quality. While OXO prices come in higher than their competitors, I'm happy knowing my product will be delivered soup-to-nuts promptly, with top notch quality and customer service.
I have worked with Ross Morgan on multiple projects and really love his service. They offer a fair price and really take care to get me exactly what we need while correcting anything that needs adjusting. I will continue to hire them for my future projects.
Best customer service! David was great to help me keep the process moving in order for me to meet my business deadlines. He made sure I knew exactly what the boxes would look like and samples were received promptly. I liked the quality of the boxes for the price so much that I added a bunch of labels to the order as well. It has definitely improved the look of packaging in my store.
