I was very apprehensive about order from this online store. However the clothing items I have received are of good quality and I can’t find this large collection of style that I prefer from any of the other online stores. I needed an exchange for a summer dress I purchased and was too small in the chest area. I had to communicate with online asst and after some patience they did reply and completed the exchange process. I will be waiting to receive the new selected item. I am still waiting on another order but hopefully I will have it soon.
Oyrosy quality of their sweatsuit was very impressive and well made. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating in helping me exchange for a larger size.
My dress was delivered and even I loved it, it was too big, When I went to customer service to return it, they let me pick out another dress and are shipping it to me for free. Great customer service and I look forward to getting my new dress and will continue to order from this company.
Absolutely loved the Fashion Vintage White Stretch Denim Sleeveless Tassel Mini Dress! I bought it for a country concert and it was perfect and super cute, flattering, and fit really well. The quality was even better than I expected, and it was comfortable enough to wear all night. I got so many compliments on it too! Definitely a concert-night win 🤠✨ Would absolutely recommend!

Oyrosy completely ghosts you when you request an item to be returned. I followed their directions for a return and did not get a response from their team until 48 hours had past (the return policy said 24 hour response time). Then it was back and forth emails with the return team until they quit responding to my email request for my return, now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit.
Total scammers-buyer be aware!

What made my experience great at Oyrosy was that I ordered a 2 piece outfit and the top was to tight around my chest. When I spoke to customer service about how to exchange it for the next size up. They just simply said that they would replace the item at no charge. We'll if that's not great customer service at 5 stars I dont no what else is. Thank you Oyrosy 😊
The size chart for the product was not very helpful because we ordered based on the dimensions on the chart but the item was too small. But the customer service representative helped us get this resolved in a very satisfactory manner!
I received the jumpsuit I ordered and it was precious... but too short:(. I am 5'9" with a 33" inseam and the jumpsuit was easily 2"-3" too short. The jumpsuit was beautiful, well made, excellent material; and I was devastated it was too short. I reached out to customer service, via the chat button, and the assistant was courteous, sympathetic, quick, and took great care of me! I picked another item, a dress because inseam is not an issue, gave the information to the assistant and it is being immediately shipped to me- no additional cost and I don't have to go through the trouble of returning the item that doesn't fit!!! I'll be shopping Oyrosy for sure! Thank you!!!
I didn’t want to really give one star but the no response to my return/ exchange attempt (only because the dress was too big) really hurt. I spent a lot of money for this particular dress but didn’t like how it fit (mainly because too big). I made several attempts to return and possibly repurchase in another size . But no one responded and I had to simple eat the costs. I continue to receive email advertising very nice items but…..now my trust has been betrayed so I won’t be taking that chance again and wouldn’t advise ofhers to do so……

Not only are the items I’ve ordered so so cute and I love them but the customer service is great! I needed a different size for one of my items and I got an immediate response with a resolution! Very pleased customer😊
I ordered clothing from this company almost 2 months ago and just recently I’ve been told it would take another 20 days. The waiting time is ridiculous and I’m not very optimistic that that time frame will not change again. I would not recommend this company based on this. I cannot comment on the quality of the clothing as obviously I have never received my order. The only positive comment I can add for this company is that I did not have any issues when I asked for my money back !

I purchased a dress from Oyrosy, but when it arrived it did not fit properly. I reached out to Oyrosy's customer service and was assigned Mia as my representative. She was great! She quickly helped me with my exchange and expedited shipping so I could receive it sooner! The quality of their dresses is really nice do I was bummed when it didn't fit.
