My 8 year old cat Otis wasn't feeling well at all. I worried more than usual because he was sneezing a lot, having some discharge from his eyes, and then he lost his voice, his meow. He is normally a very vocal ginger cat. Dr. Ellen gave Otis a thorough exam and I felt confident that I knew what to do to make Otis feel better (the solution). As of 2 days ago he is his perky, demanding, vocal self again. Be careful what you wish for! Haha All kidding aside, pangovet is awesome. Dr. Ellen is my go to vet! I highly recommend pangovet! Superb friendly professional service.

My experience has been amazing each time I use PangoVet. I’ve had two scares with my cats and this service saves me a super expensive vet trip by getting advice online first. This time I met with Dr. Maja Platisa and she was very thoughtful and thorough with the whole experience and saved me a trip to the vet.

I never knew that telhealth existed for pets until I was in a position that I needed it. Within 30 minutes of searching; I was on a video call with a vet discussing my cat’s condition. My provider was exceptional! Although I was skeptical at first, i was impressed with how she was able to assess my cat with simple checks of his breathing, mouth, and questions. She offered several suggestions and followed up twice afterwards to make sure my fur baby was doing better. This is an amazing service!

We were worried our dog. We were able to book an appointment easily, with an appointment in less than an hour, with a vet that spoke English, who then assessed the situation and gave us lots of helpful information. She calmed our fears and I am glad this service was there for us.

I love PangoVet. This was the third time I need the advice of PangoVet. Dr Maja Platisa helped me to be more relax when caring for my 13 year old rescue cat. I have had Sammi for one year and she is just now relaxing and becoming more trusting around us. I have trouble at times because Sammi has an overactive thyroid and doesn't all want to take her meds (she can be a picky eater) and needs to take gabapentin before vet visits. I worry about her weight and trimming her nails. Dr Platisa suggested I focus more on getting het to take her thyroid med and let the vet worry about her weight and nails. This helped a lot as Sammi will get into the carrier for me to go to the vet, so that's half the battle. I would highly recommend PangoVet. The best thing is; it is only a phone call away.
