Our flight was delayed due to…
Our flight was delayed due to circumstances outside of the control of our airline. They tried everything to get us on a plane. We did not get any information about our departure time even upon entering the plane. Thus we could not communicate our estimated arrival time with our provider. We were not even sure if we would get home at all that day. We get a very unfriendly text from our provider asking us about our whereabouts. The tone of this text was totally unacceptable. Even more so, as we did not habe any information that we could share with the provider.

Waiting time at departur at the carpark and at arrival at the airport was too long. Staff is very unfriendly and not qualified for this job.

Great experience
Great experience, I was hesitant in the beginning because I was booking a parking for a month, also in a different country than where I reside but all went smooth and very professional. I would love to use the service again in future.
Easy to access, although the terminal had a wrong time setting. Thankfully somebody picked up the phone before the official office times. Large parking spot, rough ground though. Tram to airport every 6 minutes, no need to walk!
If there is an emergency situation, people travelling with woman, needs a little support not a cold response.
not being able to fly, we had to take a flight much later and since they don't offer the little Transport Service to bring people from Parkplatz to ariport because Frankfurt Hahn is a dead area at night and government doesn't take into consider that there is a airport being used for travelling for All kinda of folks from all walks of life with women, children and old folks.
anyways, we had to book a different Park Service that does have 24/7 Shuttle Bus Service.
So Folks, don't book here, book at other parking companies that offer 24/7 shuttle bus Services, because you can be then flexible and have back up Support if things go wrong and you have to fly at an ungodly hour. this happened to us, this was our experience and as a customer I can share my opinion.
