Everything was really great
Everything was really great. The airport is about 15 minutes and 1.5 km from the parking lot. The bus stop is right next to the parking. I was really satisfied.

Unjustified additional charges
I was required to pay additional charges when I arrived next day at 10:00 in the morning instead of original schedule at 23:30 due to an unexpected delay of the flight. When I informed the customer service on the date of delay, I was told on the phone that I would only need to pay for an extra day. When I collected my car at 10 am, I was charged EUR 35 instead of the expected EUR 25 day rate. Staff referred me to a price list for a night retrieval fee, but my collection was in the morning, and there was no such condition written anywhere or explained previously. The receipt I was given did not clearly explain the extra charge, and when I asked at the car park, I was told there was an updated price list, but none was available in the office. I would stay away from this service, and definitely choose miles or similar service instead of park & fly.
