First Time User
I used this Service for the First Time and was quite Satisfied with a Results. The service is Smooth and it takes out the Stress of arrival. I got there late at the End of the Journey for a quarter of an Hour, I didn’t have to Pay extra. On the Other Hand the Price was quite High.
It was very easy
It was very easy. The staff was very Kind And helped me al lot. I would recommend it to anybody Else looking for a parking lot for the flight.

Ich habe über diese Plattform gebucht, aber ich habe weder eine Bestätigungsnummer noch einen QR-Code erhalten. Schlimmer noch: Meine Daten wurden überhaupt nicht an den Parkplatzbetreiber übermittelt. Als ich am Parkplatz ankam, wusste niemand von meiner Buchung, sodass ich ein neues Ticket ziehen und vor Ort extra bezahlen musste. Ich habe sofort ein Kontaktformular ausgefüllt und per E-Mail die Weiterleitung meiner Daten sowie eine Bestätigung an mich gefordert. Als Antwort kam lediglich eine automatische Standard-Mail („hohes Aufkommen“), aber es ist absolut nichts passiert. Bei meiner Rückreise musste ich den Parkplatz somit ein zweites Mal bezahlen. Ich habe die Situation erneut detailliert per E-Mail geschildert und eine Entschädigung sowie die Rückerstattung gefordert – bis heute gibt es keinerlei Rückmeldung. Ich kann diesen Service absolut niemandem empfehlen. Lassen Sie bloß die Finger davon! Hier wird man komplett im Stich gelassen. I made a booking, but I never received a confirmation number or a QR code. To make matters worse, my information was never shared with the parking lot. When I arrived at the parking site, they told me they had no record of my booking, forcing me to enter by taking a new ticket. I immediately filled out a form and sent an email explaining the situation, requesting that my details be sent to the parking lot and to me. I only received an automated "high volume of requests" reply, and absolutely no action was taken. As a result, upon my return, I had to pay for the parking a second time. I sent another email detailing this financial loss and demanding a resolution, but I have yet to receive any response. I highly recommend avoiding this service. Be extremely careful, or better yet, do not use them at all!
Parking at P3 was a bit difficult…
Parking at P3 was a bit difficult because there were no free spaces available at first. We drove through all the rows trying to find a spot, but had to wait about 10–15 minutes until someone left. After around 20 minutes in total, we finally found a free space. The price is good, but you can’t be 100% sure to get a parking spot right away since the parking lot is very full. On the positive side, it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the terminal.

Easy to book and quick service. You need more cars for transfer because a lot of people was waiting for catch up and there was a big line of waiting passengers.
Two hour waiting time
We landed at 12:30 and requested the car at 13:00, the vehicle was only delivered at 15:00. As a result, we had to wait over two hours with the children. During this time, staff provided no clear information about when the car would arrive and repeatedly gave vague responses.

I need a receipt with VAT for my employer, doesn’t work. Please help!! Entering the parking space very complicated. Door did not open automatically, no QR code available as said in the instructions. Help hotline needed a code that was somewhere in the 10 emails I received (not even in the confirmation I ordered for extra money via sms or the confirmation I downloaded in my wallet). Very stressful when you need to catch a flight! Too many subcontractors involved

Strange people..
Strange people... I had to take different return flight than I stated during the reservation of car park... anyway I got to Berlin more than one hour earlier before the time stated in my booking, also after when plane landed I call them and inform that I'm in Berlin and waiting for the car park lift... and thay still had a problem due to the fact that I took the different flight. I do not recommend them.

I couldn't get inside without to call the center, I sugest you to give the client possibility to go into the parking simply having a cod or a ticket . Thank you
QR code does not scan
We have just used the service for 2 vehicles but the machine did not want scan the QR codes we had to take a ticket. Now when we came back and wanted to leave we had to pay additional 2 x 170 euro because of this error.
