Unfortunately, my experience with this airport parking service was not entirely satisfactory. Upon arrival, there were initial delays as the drivers were not on time, which meant we had to wait longer than expected. In addition, the parking lot was only opened about 45 minutes after the originally booked time, which can be quite stressful when you have a scheduled trip. It was also surprising that all customers were later charged an additional €10 without this being clearly communicated in advance. I would appreciate better organization and more transparent communication in the future to make the process smoother and more convenient for everyone.

Waited ca. 20 minutes on departure and arrival, despite calling on time beforehand. Not terrible but also Not Great. Calls were not answered in a professional way. No German and only scarce English. Car was in good shape when given back. So all in all 3 Stars.

Parking lot itself and the arrival at an early hour was OK, but the pick-up at the airport terminal was very slow, we had to wait more than 20 minutes and the car which transported us was also broken (non-functional safety belt)..

The handover of my car was overall just fine. However, the instructions in the email said that I should call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Instead, the driver called me and then insisted that I drive faster to arrive to the airport because he was waiting on me. I was running approximately five minutes late due to traffic. I find the attitude of the driver, completely unacceptable and will not be using this company again.
