The core service of picking up the car…
The core service of picking up the car and deliver it back was quick, reliable and just on time. That we want to rate it 5 stars! The thing which was very annoying: 1. During the time, my app showed an "open window". So I gave them a call and asked for a quick inspection and closure of the window. This request was not taken seriously on phone, they simply told something " cannot be, everything OK, don't bother" 2. Just a day or two before getting the car again, the app showed that the battery charge has dropped dramatically by almost 60%, so we had to make an unplanned charge stop on our way. Once more, our concerns, that maybe they left the car switched on during the time (would explain the drop) was totally ignored and not responded to by admitting a mistake or an apology. Service was fine and reliable, customer communication was unsatisfying.
Cheating
I made a Reservation and a payment of 73€ for the time of my stay. First i couldnt get my car to the parking without taking a parking Ticket,second after my arrive i had to pay 63€ for my stay to get out of the parking place.this is not acceptable.i wrote your Support Team and didn't get any answer.so i will contact my lawless because thats cheating.never again
The service is very good
The service is very good! We were very nice welcomed at the airparks servicecenter for the car registration. We got all the information that we needed and parking the car was easy to do. Shuttle works as promissed (every 30min). After holiday we took the shuttle to the carpark and within 2 minutes we were back on the road. See you next year!
The telephone number does not exist
The telephone number to which I should phone did not exist. So I could not use the parking place!

Der "Empfang" ist ein herumfahrender Transporter mit Fahrer, der freche umverschänte Antworten gibt. Für das Parken des Fahrzeugs, Shuttle-Service und der Empfang des Fahrzeugs zur Abreise, ist jeweils mit dem Fahrer des Transportes zu telefonieren und zu warten, bis der "Empfang" eintrifft. MMn. wird der Kunde wird als Dienstleister betrachtet. “Reception” is a mobile van with a driver who gives cheeky, witty replies. For parking the vehicle, shuttle service, and picking up the vehicle upon departure, you must always call the driver and wait until “Reception” arrives. In my opinion, the customer is treated as a service provider.

It was very easy and comfortable to book. So I would choose this company again. But the online-change of starting-time to park doesn‘t work. I tried it many times. The only way was to cancel the booking and to make a new one, luckily the same price. Otherwise it would be worse.
