What people say
Incompetence
Technical worst service. Wrong car ID was given by their system and instead used from another user. Support was not able to change that but said the airport will get the right ID. No, Airport didnt. never again.
Good service
Good service, everything was easy going.
A very good experience
We had a very good experience with this company. Friendly stuff and comfortable busses. And at least, we reached our flight in time and the company brought us back from the airport to the parking area quickly.
Nice Hotel
Nice Hotel. Room was more than satisfactory. Transport to and from Airport was really good and dependable.
Everything just in time!

Thank ou so much
Thank ou so much, but next time make sure there is in big letters information about the entrance to the parking space at the entrance of the Airport! It is confusing, the way it is described and one is not sure not to pay twice!
- Really cheap and secure
- Really cheap! (Please don't increase the prices! 🤘😉 - The parking place was closed (feeling of secure!) - Contact via email one day before parking and before coming back! (service-feeling). - Phonecall directly after landig (service!) - I already booked ny next trip to Egypt and I would be crazy not using YOUR service again! A big Thankyou!!! 🙏🙏🙏 Mattias (P.S. Please keep in mind that even (or especially) at 03:30 a.m. it might feel good for a customer to have a kind, friendly contact!) ☝️😉

Park employees aggressive, we wanted more than 1 Hour for the Shuttle to the Airport
Parking was ok, however the Personal was very agreesive and they let us wait in the parking with a small Kids for the Shuttle to the Airport for more than 1 Hour, arguing they had lunch break and that we still enought time for the Check in, and when requesting to drive us to the Airport for the third time they reacted very aggressivere yelling at us to just wait, whitout providing a time to drive us
