Reine Abzocke und null Kundenservice – Absolut keine Empfehlung! Complete rip-off and zero customer service – Do not use!
I made a booking, but I never received a confirmation number or a QR code. To make matters worse, my information was never shared with the parking lot. When I arrived at the parking site, they told me they had no record of my booking, forcing me to enter by taking a new ticket. I immediately filled out a form and sent an email explaining the situation, requesting that my details be sent to the parking lot and to me. I only received an automated "high volume of requests" reply, and absolutely no action was taken. As a result, upon my return, I had to pay for the parking a second time. I sent another email detailing this financial loss and demanding a resolution, but I have yet to receive any response. I highly recommend avoiding this service. Be extremely careful, or better yet, do not use them at all!
