I had downloaded this app thinking I needed it for a concert I didn’t end up needing it for. Later I was running late to an errand and the app push notified me I would have to pay to park, once I got parked I opened the app and in 2 simple buttons I was on my way without ever having to slow down. As inconvenient as paid parking is, I am really glad we have such a streamlined and user friendly platform to use for it.
It’s just a great app. My only issue with it is the parking attendants that VERY often still issue tickets without checking to see that the car has paid for parking. It becomes extremely frustrating needing to fight the charges made in error. If i had any feedback it would be to some how optimize the lechones the parking attendants are using to scan for cars so that they no longer do this to people. It is problematic. Otherwise i love this app and the park mobile system. Thank you for creating it!!!! Reginald Gay
