Please look care at the pictures. There are two different sizes screw. They look like very similar but they are different. I just replace the screw. I don’t want to replace the whole one. The new screw (Modle:RB 084) can not put into the hole(Model: AP7). Gas will come out. It doesn’t work! The manufacture knows what is going on!I did not get full refund . that is not make a sense.

I used the pick up a part and send it to me in the same day. The wrong part was delivered and since it came from a 3rd party, I had to go 45 minutes away to exchange the wrong part for the new part and You guys would and did nothing. You said that was on me.
We never want someone to have this kind of experience with us, so taking the time to share it us is much appreciated. We will reach out to you soon to see how we can make things right and get better for the future.

Items are great, shipped quickly, large selection of parts etc. my only complaint would be Jacked up shipping prices, for an item that shipped in basically an envelope. But not before being pressured to pay a fee of ten dollars to join for a discount that brings shipping imo to normal prices. They got me once before to pay five dollars for something similar in the past and have no idea where that went. Didn’t pay the $10 fee because I wasn’t 100% sure if it was a one time fee, or if it has an expiration.
We appreciate you calling this out. Shipping can be a big factor in the order experience, and it’s something we continue to evaluate and refine.
